InDOnesia CARE or I DO CARE is part of Indonesian tourism and creative economic initiatives that underscores top priorities; cleanliness, health, safety and environmental sustainability. The “I DO CARE” label is given to businesses, facilities, communities and tourism destinations that have met the criteria and indicators for the implementation of cleanliness, health, safety and environmental sustainability (CHSE). The CHSE standard is designed to ensure cleanliness, health, safety and environmental sustainability in optimal conditions.

There are three main programs to revive economy especially from the tourism and creative econmy sectors:
Apresiasi Kreasi Indonesia (AKI) is a creative economy development program through capacity building and exhibitions. AKI 2022 is held to encourage creative economy players involved in the craft, fashion, applications, film and music sub-sectors which will be held in 16 districts or cities across Indonesia.
Anugerah Desa Wisata Indonesia is an event for awarding tourist villages that have achievements with the assessment criteria from the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy. This event aims to make Indonesian tourist villages a world-class and highly competitive tourism destination. There are 7 aspects of ADWI assessment: the attraction of visitors, homestay, digital and creative assessment, souvenirs, public toilets, CHSE, and village institutions
Kabupaten/Kota Kreatif or KaTa Kreatif is one of the flagship programs of Kemenparekraf/Baperekraf to explore, manage, and develop creativity and local potential of Regencies/Cities in Indonesia. KaTa Kreatif program begins with a series of Indonesian Creative Regency/City Self-Assessment (PMK3I) processes whose implementation is bottom-up. This process was initiated by all stakeholders, ranging from academics, business people, communities, local governments, and also the media in districts/cities. The stakeholders then agreed regarding the determination of the leading creative economy sub-sector that would become the economic driver in the district/city. Furthermore, the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy/Head of the Tourism and Creative Economy Agency will determine the KaTa Kreatif after going through a series of selection and verification processes by the Assessment Team. The assessment includes the consistency and commitment of districts/cities in developing the creative economy to support tourist destinations in their region.

Karisma Event Nusantara (KEN) is a series of top-notch events from 34 provinces in Indonesia which will be collaboration strategies between the Tourism and Creative Economy Ministry and local governments through the implementation of quality-related activities. KEN is an effort by the Tourism and Creative Economy Ministry to stimulate regional events by promoting tourist destinations, increasing tourist visits and empowering local potential. The implementation is expected to have a positive impact on the economy, social and environment with sustainable principles within the right benefits, targets and time.
