Zumri Sulthony - Alumnus of Poltekpar Medan

He is an alumnus of Poltekpar Medan (1992) who currently serves as Head of the North Sumatra Office of Culture, Tourism and Creative Economy. The alumnus of the college which was formerly known as the Medan Tourism Education and Training Center (BPLP) took the Room Division Management study program.

After graduating in 1995, Zumri Sulthony immediately worked in hospitality, and held a supervisory position. Not only in one hotel, this Poltekpar Medan alumnus also worked in various hotels at home and abroad. Armed with various materials on hospitality and extensive knowledge, it finally has brought the proud alumnus of Poltekpar Medan to be elected Head of the Department of Culture, Tourism and Creative Economy in North Sumatra Province in 2021.

Novi Samodro - Alumnus of Poltekpar NHI Bandung

Poltekpar NHI Bandung has also been successful in producing many competent alumni. One of them is Novi Samodro, who currently serves as General Manager of Gaia Hotel, Bandung.

The 1988 alumnus of Poltekpar NHI Bandung started his career as a Guest Relations officer at a hotel in Bali. Then, the alumnus who majored in Pastry and Bakery Production worked her way up to various star hotels in Indonesia, before finally becoming General Manager.

According to her, the opportunity to become a leader in a hotel cannot be separated from the "provision" of leadership instilled while studying at the Poltekpar. In addition, the existence of job training in hotels while studying at the Poltekpar is an added value to stand out in the intense competition in the world of work.

Diah Sastri Pitanatri - Alumnus of Poltekpar Bali

A graduate of the Hotel Administration study program, Diah Sastri Pitanatri, is also one of the proud alumni of Poltekpar Bali. Currently, this 2023 Poltekpar alumnus serves as a lecturer at Poltekpar Bali.

For Diah, studying at Poltekpar Bali is an extraordinary opportunity. All alumni of the most pioneer campus in Southeast Asia have the opportunity to get jobs after graduating from college. All graduates are equipped with good knowledge and character as hoteliers and entrepreneurs.

Tammy Helen Rotty - Alumnus of Poltekpar Makassar

As an alumnus of Poltekpar Makassar (Makassar Tourism Academy), Tammy Helen Rotty admits that the opportunity to work after graduating from Poltekpar is very large. It is shown in the career path of this Poltekpar alumnus which continues to increase.

Taking the Room Division study program led her to immediately work at Hotel Sahid Makassar after graduation. As time went on, she also had the opportunity to serve as General Manager of Aston Makassar since 2020. For her, the success she has so far cannot be separated from the role of the Poltekpar. All the knowledge gained during college is very useful while working in hospitality.

Irsyadul Fikri - Alumnus of Poltekpar Palembang

In addition to the hospitality sector, Poltekpar alumni have also succeeded in pursuing careers in the culinary field. Irsyadul Fikri, a 2016 alumnus of Poltekpar Palembang majoring in culinary arts and the first graduate of Poltekpar Palembang, serves as a Restaurant Consultant.

His success cannot be separated from the theory and practice gained during college, starting from understanding proper cooking techniques to learning more about restaurant management. For him, the skills and expertise gained during college are a plus when competing in the world of work.

Afwan Abrory - Alumnus of Poltekpar Lombok

Many alumni of Poltekpar choose entrepreneurship and create jobs for many people. One of them is Afwan Abrory.

This Poltekpar Lombok Poltekpar alumnus has started working since college in 2018 as a Junior Barista in a cafe in Mataram. After graduating from college, Afwan Abrory continued his career as Quality Control at one of the largest Food & Beverages companies in Saudi Arabia.

Returning to Indonesia, he chose to open his own coffee shop. Not just a place for enjoying coffee, the coffee shop built by the alumnus of Poltekpar Lombok carries the concept of art space. So, it is expected to provide inspiration and unique experiences for visitors.
